In an attempt to avoid complete washouts like last night, I would suggest that people post their general availability between now and the end of the month. If you can regularly do or not do a particularl day of the week, then say so, or if you will be away for an extended period. So, leading by example:
I am generally available every night, from about 7ish. I am also available all-day Saturday and Sunday afternoons/evenings. This is all subject to the following exceptions – on Monday 18 August, I might not be available at all; Tuesday 19 August, I probably wont be in before 9; and if I am on at all between Wednesday 20 and Monday 25 August it will be by way of low powered laptop; I will be back on on Tuesday 26 August.

I should add, that I haven’t factored in mundane things like shopping for food, but that can be done at pretty much any time, so I wanted to give my widest possible availability and then we can book runs at certain times, and I can do food shopping at other times.

Monday, Wednesday nights from 7:30-9:30
or
Saturday, Sunday Mornings 10ish to 12ish most weekends…
On Monday and Wedensdays I could do the odd 9 (8:30 would be better) start so long as we were done by 11….

Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays are generally good for me. If we can make one of those nights a regular feature then it would suit me perfectly.

I can’t tell in advance as I have had to pick up the bulk of the early morning deployments in the our team for some reason, (even though we have two early starters in the team… Fon knows who I’m on about I’m sure
) so this means I have to get the odd unexpected early night.
I tend to be out on Wednesday nights these days to go to the OAP swimming club and every second weekend from the Friday onwards is out as I look after my kids (and they sleep in the same room as the WoW PC).
In addition to that, I have to spend a lot of weekends on the other job, the photography and web business, but it’s seasonal and should wind down after August. I can’t therefore say for sure I’m available at all any weekend in August but if it rains enough the events get called off.
I’d kept Tuesdays clear, and Mondays tend to be OK. I can be in by 8 those nights normally and can tank while eating dinner and drinking beer (though it can slow the marking down). Thursday’s can also be cleared usually, but if I don’t think there’s anything on I won’t come in automatically.
Looks then like we can do Monday and Tuesday with alternate 5 man groups. We have enough tanks that I don’t need to be there on the Wednesday and Mudd can spec Tank I’m sure.
I’ll load up the calendar and we can maybe book that way. Also, we can set Blog posts up in advance but you have to go to the admin console to view them. We’re all admins though, so that might work.
We should try that.

Monday seems a good night to start so far? So would saying 8:30 (instance to be decided…as I don’t really mind too much…I just want to run instances!!

I’m away this weekend from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Barring that I’ve nothing planned for the rest of the month. Also, I’m probably best with about 2 days notice before we do anything. Unless I’m in game screaming “come on, lets do a run!”.
